FallUI - HUD is a popular mod that uses the CMMS (Computer Graphics Message Format) to allow user customization of in-game UI. The FallUI package can be used to create in-game HUDs for any type of game, such as TESV: Elder Scrolls and Fallout. It also includes a CMMS viewer that makes it easy to view your customizations. The FallUI - HUD mod is relatively simple to install, requiring only that you download the file from the official website and then copying the files to the game's location.
